30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with PerchLens for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@perchlens.com with your account email
  • Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

After 30 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard Settings page or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
  • Your analytics data will be retained according to the Free plan data retention policy (30 days)

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and refund processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
