30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial Pro and Business subscriptions. If PerchLens is not the right fit for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@perchlens.com from the email associated with your account
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process the refund within 5–7 business days
After 30 Days
After the 30-day guarantee period, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time from your dashboard Settings page or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Paid features remain active until the end of the billing period
- Your account is downgraded to the Free plan after that
- Analytics events are retained according to the Free plan retention period (7 days)
Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory cancellation rights, this policy is in addition to those rights and does not replace them. Where statutory rights apply, you may cancel within the legally required cooling-off period for a full refund — note that, by signing up for an immediately accessible digital service, you may be asked to acknowledge that the right to cancel ends once we begin providing the Service.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST), and refund processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
